How do I place an order?

Take your time to browse our wide range of sports equipment. Once you have decided on the products you would like to spend your Sports for Schools voucher on, simply add them to your basket.

To checkout, select the basket icon in the top right hand corner or click the checkout tab in the header bar to make your purchase. To access the checkout, you will need to be logged into your account.

Once you have logged in, enter your details into the relevant sections and enter your voucher code, then click ‘place order’. You will instantly receive an email confirmation with your order details. We will send you a copy of your invoice and your order will be processed.

How do I get my voucher code?

You will be given your voucher code when you have submitted your sponsorship totals and settled your invoice with Sports for Schools. You can then spend your voucher on this great range of equipment.

Should the items you have chosen amount to more than the voucher value, you can put the order through using your voucher code and the Maudesport Customer Support Team will contact you to pay the outstanding amount.

If your order value is less than your voucher total, multiple/part orders are accepted, however, If the value of your order is less than £500 we ask that you purchase as a single order. Mutiple orders can carry multiple delivery charges, so worth considering this when using your voucher. Delivery details

For Parcels

  • Area A (majority of the UK) is FREE if the order exceeds £75, orders less than £75, shipping is £7.50.
  • Area B (Scottish Highlands & Islands) order value less than £50 shipping is £6.95, order value more than £50 but less than £250 then shipping is £17, order value exceeds £250 then shipping is £25.
  • Area C (Northern Ireland, IoM, and Channel Islands) order value less than £50, shipping is £9.95.  Order value exceeds £50, shipping is £11.95.

For Pallets

  • A single pallet delivery is £55. For more than one pallet, please contact Customer Support on 01743 812 200.

Cancellations and returns

Customers must contact our Customer Support team on 01743 812 200 or email [email protected] within 14 working days of delivery to obtain authorisation to return goods.

Goods returned without prior authorisation will not be credited. We reserve the right to charge a minimum of £7.50 to cover any collection and restocking costs we may incur as a result of a customer ordering error.

Customers must return all products unused and in their original packaging, including any manuals software or accessories supplied with the products.
Computer software and consumables (discs, cartridges, cassettes etc.) can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened and any seals intact. Failure to follow these guidelines may invalidate any returns claim.

If you have purchased any equipment from us that fails within its warranty or guarantee period (usually within 12 months) we may offer you a repair service, exchange or refund. In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
